I remember my reactions the first time I heard this phrase several years ago; negative, stunned, disbelief.
Now, I smile every time it crosses my consciousness as I attribute it’s meaning to choosing confidence.
Here are a few sentences to complete:
When I go to work I feel………..
When I look in the mirror I see……..

Review your responses.

What do they tell others about you?

If we tell ourselves we shine, we are worthy, we have value, then we exhibit those truths to others.
Don’t feel this way?
“There is no use trying,” said Alice….” one can’t believe impossible things.” “I dare say you haven’t had much practice” said the Queen. “When I was your age I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.” Lewis Carroll
